BIG PHARMA + BIG FOOD ARE HARMING THE HUMANS AND THE PLANET
It's time to take back your body and peace of mind with what nature has provided for Millenia
Unlike fad diets that focus on restrictions, trends, or one-size-fits-all solutions, Chinese Medicine Food Therapy is a personalized, holistic approach to nourishment. Rooted in over 2,000 years of methodology and wisdom, it views food as medicine — an energetic force that interacts with your unique body to restore balance, vitality, and beauty.
How Is It Different?
PERSONALIZED TO YOU: Food for your body’s needs and current imbalances, not generic rules.
HEALING AT THE ROOT: Instead of focusing on calories or nutrients alone, it considers the energetic properties of food and how they affect your organs and body as a whole.
SEASONAL ADAPTABILITY: It aligns your diet with nature’s rhythms, helping your body thrive and nourish with the seasonal shifts.
Modern living often pulls us away from what our bodies and minds truly need to thrive. When we ignore the foundational principles of Lifestyle Medicine—nourishment, movement, rest, emotional health, social connection and avoiding risky substances —we slowly drift into cycles of disharmony that touch every aspect of our lives:
Lifestyle Medicine addresses the roots, not the symptoms. It’s about working with
your body, not vilifying it, making health a sustainable part of your life—not a fleeting goal.
When you align with these principles, you don’t just feel better or lose the weight—you thrive. Because true wellness isn’t about short-term fixes; it’s about reclaiming the energy, purpose, and joy you were meant to experience.
The question isn’t whether you’ll pay the cost of surface-level fixes. It’s how much longer you’re willing to wait before choosing YOU as the One who holds the key.
"Medicine heals symptoms, food restores balance, energy sustains vitality, but spirit is the ultimate healer."
- Chinese proverb
The truth is, health isn’t just about fixing symptoms or following trends; it’s about aligning with the deeper forces that sustain your body, mind, and spirit.
Chinese Medicine-based Lifestyle Medicine offers a timeless, layered approach to true wellness:
Spirit: The Ultimate Healer
Your Spirit is the essence of who you are—your sense of purpose, connection, and joy. When you feel disconnected from Spirit, no amount of external fixes will bring you peace. True healing starts with aligning your life with what nourishes your soul, cultivating practices that bring fulfillment, connection, recovery, and a sense of awe and lightness.
Qi: The Life Force
Qi is the energy that flows through your body, sustaining every cell and emotion. When Qi is stagnant or depleted, you feel tired, stuck, and emotionally numb or reactive. Instead of chasing feeling better, you learn to Get Better at Feeling. You make space for all your emotions to integrate without shame or making them wrong. You feel energized, alive, and emotionally present.
Food: The Daily Medicine
Food isn’t just fuel—it’s a powerful tool for restoring your body and your life force. By eating in alignment with your body’s constitution and the seasons, you nourish yourself on a cellular and energetic level. This is a personalized, sustainable way to support your body, prevent illness, stay grounded and nourished—without deprivation or restriction.
Medicine: Stabilizing the Body
Medicine is essential for acute issues, but it’s only the beginning of the healing journey. As you practice Chinese Medicine based Lifestyle Medicine, you use biomedicine and treatments when necessary, but with the understanding that addressing the root cause is essential. You are supported but not dependent on external fixes.
It's no coincidence you are here.
I specialize in a branch of Chinese Medicine known as Food Therapy. By modernizing it and replacing esoteric jargons with practical how-to’s, I weave the principles of Chinese Medicine into modern day living. My training from Harvard Medical School's Lifestyle Medicine and my lineage from Chinese Medicine dovetail as the answer for lifestyle transformation at the root cause.
My emphasis on Food as Medicine, Emotional Healing and Daoist Sensual Energetics provides a roadmap for physical and emotional unburdening. With my method, I personally lost 35 pounds after having my second baby. I have kept the weight off for over 10 years and I look and feel stronger than ever! Weight loss was never my goal-it was the byproduct of getting to the root cause.
I serve over 65K community members, individuals, groups, women, men and non-binary humans in person and online.
